ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support from American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, front and back of the cards needed, and the back must be signed
BLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification Required, preferably from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support, front and back of the cards required, and the back must be signed
Tech Cert Verification - National as applicable, some states require state licenses for techs
State License 1 Verification - Primary source online verification needed
