Certification Details- Certs REQ: BLS
- AHA Certifications only.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for certain units
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for ER and Brain Injury units
- NIH Stroke Certification required for all RN candidates
- State license is not required for CNAs or PCTs

- Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.
- Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1

- First-timers accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: EOW
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Special Requirements: Tele required. Heperin protocols. Manage cardiac drips.

Schedule Information- Weekend REQ: EOW
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract
- No holiday RTO. The agency nurse will not work all holidays but we need to use our discretion on which holiday we will need the agency nurse to work
Unit Specific Information- Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.
- Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1
- We have PCTs on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs and any sort of activity of daily living
- We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
- Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scope
