Job Details Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1. Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1 We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: EOW Guaranteed Hours: 36 Special Requirements: Tele required. Patient Diagnosis: cardiac, pulmonary, pain, GI, infection, unmanaged DM Special Equipment: bladder scanners, tele, EKG machines, lifepacks Epic Preferred Scrub Color: Any combo of navy and white Charting: Epic Job Requirements Certs REQ: BLS Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scope Open to accommodating block schedule?
