Certification Details- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, AHA only
- BLS - Basic Life Support, AHA only
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support, AHA only
- State License 1 Verification - Primary source verification required. State license is not required for CNAs or PCTs
- Color Blind Testing Online - Required within 1 year of contract start date
- Fit Mask - Must be updated annually and completed within 1 year prior to start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray - PPD or IGRA test within 12 months of start
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella - Positive Titers or appropriate vaccinations
- Hepatitis B - Positive Titer, Completed Series or Signed Declination Form
- Varicella - Positive Titer, Vaccinations or History of Varicella
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation - Vaccination or signed declination form
