Certification Details CA RN License BLS NRP Job Details Nursery/Post-Partum Level III RN - Assesses patient's conditions, develops individual care plans for patients, and evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan - Coordinates the delivery of patient care for a group of patients; directs and delegates patient care assignment to colleagues through collaboration - Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other disciplines as required and adjusts the nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care - Maintains documentation in the patient record - Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients/families in accordance with hospital and nursing standards - Participates in continuous quality improvement activities - Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops - Demonstrates sensitivity to patient's comfort and privacy and expresses interest in their progress - Prepares patients for scheduled procedures to assist in patient assessment - Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements BSN 2 years RN Nursery Experience, in Level II or Level III NICU 6 months to 1 year experience Mother/Baby Couplet care or Post-partum Experience attending delivers and with neonatal resuscitation Travel experience - 6 months Schedule Information Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend On-Call: As Needed Additional Details AHA or ARC only AHA only - Not required for 100% remote employees
