Must have EPIC experience. Must be proficient in peripheral IV insertion and port access. BLS required and ONS Chemo Administration Certification and OCN Certification is preferred. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). This is an offsite location for GFH and occasional travel to the Saratoga office may be needed. MUST START BY 12/12. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. .
