Required:

• please note that ONS Chemotherapy Fundamentals and Immunotherapy Administration Certification is required for the 4400 unit.
• 2 years of recent experience and Epic experience
• Medical/Telemetry, Palliative Care, Oncology
• Must float to like units, If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands.
• Will not practice outside of scope
• Updated Resume
• RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS Certification
• Chemo Certification
• Covid vaccination
• Driver's License
• Two professional References from last two employments
