Requirements:(Every other holiday; every other weekend)**A New York state license is required.**Must have minimum 2 years experience.**Must have EPIC experience.**Must be proficient in peripheral IV insertion and port access.**BLS required.**ONS Chemo Administration Certification and OCN Certification is preferred.**GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS).->This is an offsite location for GFH and occasional travel to the Saratoga office may be needed.JO: 030029
