Job Title: Registered Nurse - BMT Outpatient Infusion Float Job Specialty: Oncology RN Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10 hour shifts, primarily weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation; generally 7 am - 5:30 pm, with possible late day until 7:30 pm Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required; Hematology/Oncology experience required License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC) Must-Have: - Recent acute care experience - Hematology/Oncology experience (2 years) - AHA BLS and ONC certification Job Description: - Provide clinical care, coordination, and patient education to the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy patient population - Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions - Collaborate effectively within a team - Demonstrate strong communication skills and flexibility - Exhibit independent critical thinking and multitasking abilities
