Must have Basic Life Support (BLS). No weekends. call-1 shift/month if needed.4/10 s also available 12:30p-11p.Must have experience in Ortho, Vascular, GYN, urology and Davinci XI Robotic cases. Epic experience required. May need to flex to DAYS if needed. MUST START BY 12/12. PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
