Requirements:**A New York state license is required.**Must have minimum 2 years experience in OR.**Basic Life Support (BLS), PALS and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) required.**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPEDENTLY IN A FAST PACED OR.**Travel experience preferred.**Must have ortho and be able to scrub and circulate.**EPIC experience required.**Every other weekend/holiday if needed.JO: 030051
