- Minimum Experience: 2 years in specialty area.
Schedule Information- 8-12hr Variable Shifts; start times range from 0630-0730
- Weekend Call - every 3-4 weeks, Rotating holidays
- 1 week of call every 3-4 weeks; 30-min response time
Unit Specific Information- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Willing to assist/train less experienced nurses. Assertive and confident in skills. Team player.
Additional Details- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Unit Information: GI, Ortho, Cataracts, Podiatry, Vascular, Pain Clinic, OB/GYN
- Primary Cases: GI - colonoscopy/EGD; lap chole, appy, c-sections
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2 typically for procedures; variable during afternoon clinic
- Scrub colors: Scrubs are provided by the hospital.
- GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
- Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start.
