  • Small hospital in northern ID is looking for an OR Circulator to start ASAP! Days, with minimal call required.
  • Rolling hills, hiking trails, mountains, national forests, bars, restaurants, a quaint downtown, friendly towns people, and more await you for your next travel assignment!
  • Client may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week assignment

  • Notes from hospital: Prefers a minimum of two years' experience working in the OR doing a variety of cases – general, ortho, gastro, OB/GYN, ENT, and Urology are our most common case types. She's having to be a bit more flexible with scheduling, so 40 hours/week are guaranteed but they may be 8 or 10 hour shifts, depending on the need.
  • - Beautiful area with tons to explore. Traveler must be good with small towns and be willing to go out and explore the surrounding cities and outdoors to enjoy this assignment.
  • Moscow is considered a college town with Washington State 10 miles away.
  • Bars, restaurants, shops and more line the main streets of the town.
  • Otherwise, outside of the town are mountains, hiking trails, ski resorts, national forests etc. to enjoy!

  • - 4 suites
  • - 2 RN's working in OR
  • - Scrubs provided (Blue) PROVIDED

    Job Requirements
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS and current ID or compact license required.
  • Requires extensive ortho experience, especially with totals.
  • Travel experience required
  • Requires STRONG Ortho, Robotics, Experience
  • Prefers a minimum of two years' experience working in the OR doing a variety of cases – general, ortho, gastro, OB/GYN, ENT, and Urology are our most common case types.
  • They are looking for a very friendly, reliable, and experienced RN.
    Schedule Information
  • M-F: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (6:30 to 15:00)
  • Call M-F: 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM (15:00 to 6:30)
  • Weekend Call: Friday 3:00 PM to Monday 6:30 AM (Friday 15:00 to Monday 6:30)
  • Floor Specific Orientation: 2 weeks (before put on call)
    Unit Specific Information
  • EMR: Paragon by All Scripts
  • There is one surg tech that functions as a nurse aid
  • Charge Nurse: Clinical Coordinator, helps with cases
  • Common Diagnoses/types of case: Ortho, OB/GYN, C-sections, podiatry, pediatric dental, ENT, General surgery. No neuro or cardio right now; pulmonologist to start in summer of 2019 and will begin doing bronchs
  • Weekend Requirement: Call 1 in 4 or 5
  • Holidays: Travelers let us know about requests
  • Scrub Color: Must wear hospital-provided scrubs
  • Tele: Thru anesthesia
  • Vents: N/A
  • IV Team: No
  • RT 24/7: Yes
  • Shifts vary and may include 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • Floating: SPD
