Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN) StartDate: 12/30/2024 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2269.24 - $2500.79 RN for PCU: Will be assigned to float team; Every other weekend required. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start • Minimum of 1 year tele experience required • Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV's, post cardiac cath • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • NY license, or proof of application with date applied, must be in submission packet Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April Required Qualifications NY RN Lic BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EPIC experience within the last two years PCU SCL and Reference within a year of beds, trauma level, and EMR noted after each facility name listed on the work history RTO upon submission Facility Location Nestled in the Adirondacks, Plattsburgh is about as idyllic as upstate New York could possibly get, offering gorgeous views of the mountains and Lake Champlain.
