PCU RN with at least 2 years of experience Must live 75 Miles away from facilityMust have Travel experience Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Critical Care Course/ECCO (ACCN) Perf EMR Exp Required: EPIC (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)Ratio: 1:3-4 Floating Required: Common Diagnosis - Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Resp: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post op. Specialty Equipment-Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, Neptune Vapo Required drips & Medications -Insulin, Cardizem, and Heparin, Nitro, Cleviprex, Precedex, Dopamine, Amiodarone, Cardene, Dobutrex, Neo all required exception for 1-2 if all others present/competent, just note in your notes so manager can make decision based on what skills are needed most at that time. Vents: Yes-chronic vents -unable to wean- RT to assist
