Job Description & RequirementsSalary: $2,733.00/week Medical Specialty: Step Down Standard Shift: Nights [Every third weekend required ] Weekly Schedule: 3x12Department: Neuro Suite (Neurology stepdown unit)RN Ratio: 1:3 Floating: May be required to float to ICU, Surgical stepdown unit, ER.EMR Exp Required: EPIC Charting Requirements:Must live 50 Miles away from facility1+ years exp requiredSkills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics NY license in handCurrent AHA BLS, ACLS, Cardiac certified NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License Common patient diagnosis: Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies/cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP/LP shunts, seizures. Occasionally: syncope, hyper/hypotension & vascular surgeries. Special procedures: Chest tube insertions, EVD insertions, Halo's Common medication: Antiseizure medications, antipsychotic medications, antihypertensive, DM.
