Weekly Pay Range - $2235 To $2483**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** 19:00-07:30**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Minimum 2 years**License:** Active Nursing License **Certifications:** ACLS**Must-Have:** Epic experience**Job Description:**- Care for medically delicate and surgically complex patients.- Proficient in managing cases of respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi-system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, and surgical complications.- Must be skilled in the care of medical and surgical populations.- Competent in advanced hemodynamics, including pressor usage per titration protocols.- Experience with antihypertensive drips, sedative and Narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics, arterial line, central venous pressure (CVP), external ventricular drain (EVD), ortho traction, and infection prevention protocols.- Familiarity with HFNC, BiPap/CPap, and oxypendent systems.- Nurses with extensive adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU experience are highly regarded.- Average patient load is 3 high acuity patients.- Block scheduling will not be approved.Note: This position will not be accepting local candidates as of the specified effective date.
