Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Postpartum with High Risk Experience Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x11.5 Nights Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: - 2 years of experience in specialty in the last 3 years - Experience in a large academic setting (teaching hospital) - Level 1 Trauma experience - Travel experience or local experience in New York City License: New York State RN License in hand Certifications: - AHA BLS - AHA NRP Must-Have: - Willingness to float to units appropriate for skill set - EMR experience - COVID and Flu Vaccinated prior to start date, no declinations - Skills checklist in required skill set matching order - 2 references from most recent assignment within the skill set Job Description: - Responsible for working in antepartum/postpartum units with an emphasis on postpartum, newborn nursery, and couplet care - Must have high-risk experience - Preferred certification in EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) - Interview requirements include a Voice Advantage Interview and a Nurse Manager Screening/Interview - Required to work every other weekend - No call requirement - Required to float to areas within acuity - Compliance needs to be completed 4-6 weeks on average before start dates - Required dress code: Navy Bottom & White Top or All White Notes: Offers are valid for 48 business hours.
