Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Plattsburgh, New York.
Job Description & RequirementsTravel: $72.50 Radius: $67.50 for 51-100 milesLocal: $62.50 for 50 miles or less Psych RN for Mental Health Unit: CPI or MOAB training is required for this position 12H evenings 1 36H; Must have prior travel exp to sub; BLS req; Must have NYS license or proof in process at time of submittal; Work History needs to be from similar size facility as well as Trauma II or higher. License, or proof it is in process with application date clearly visible, must be included with the submission packet. EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.
