Job Description & RequirementsIMPORTANT: Fingerprints must be completed in West Virginia at least 7-10 business days prior to start. Traveler must be available to travel to or arrive in WV early to complete these. These must be completed as soon as possible as results can take anywhere from 5-7 days and candidates will not be cleared to start without results on file. This is a West Virginia state requirement with no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and in agreeance prior to submitting.Behavioral Health/Psych RNPatient Age group: Adults3x12 Days 7am-7:30pm, weekdays, every other weekendTravelers are to fill in for shifts not covered by regular staff.Contract length: 13 weeksPossible extension: YesShift schedule: 3x12 Days 7am-7:30pm, weekdays, every other weekendCerts required: BCLS, CPI, First AidCPI/First Aid can be obtained during orientationExperience required: 1+ yearTravel experience: Not requiredScrubs provided: Blue (Navy or Royal Blue)EMR: AvatarRatios: Adolescent 1:8, Adults/Forensic- 1:15-20 depending on UnitSUBMISSION PROCESS:-ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Minimum 3 Manager/Charge References (within past 2yrs.), RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date).
