Job Details- This job is an RFQ - there is no guarantee that Aya will win the bid.
- The bid process will close on a certain date.
- It takes several business days after the bid closes to know if candidates will be considered for an interview.
- The ATCs will interview candidates prior to their initial shift to determine qualifications.
- The ATCs reserve the right to reject candidates if they are not qualified.
- An ATC may cancel a request for services at its sole discretion if a selected candidate is deficient in the performance of an assignment.
Job Requirements- Qualifications will be determined by the ACTs during interviews.
- Candidates can be rejected if deemed unqualified based on job qualifications.
Schedule Information- The ATCs have the right to reduce the length of the work assignment and will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice will be given.
Additional Details- NYS OASAS shall not be liable for expenses incurred by traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to candidates.
- The Successful Bidder's provision of services can be terminated any time by NYS OASAS if performance is unsatisfactory or if licensing requirements are not met.
