EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Role - Be visible and available on the unit to meet patient requests and needs as they arise, helping to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment - Lead therapeutic group activities, including topics such as self-expressive arts and crafts, coping skill building, goal setting, and collaborative recreational groups - Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living, including providing hygiene items and linen for bathing, double-checking meal trays prior to meal times, and assisting patients to wash their personal clothing - Gathering patient vital signs - Participate in verbally de-escalating patients, and responding physically to situations in which verbal de-escalation is insufficient.
