Job Title: RN Acute Rehab - Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Job Specialty: Medical Care Unit Nurse and Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM-07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: - Experience in providing care to patient populations including Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, Telemetry, Psychiatric Issues, and Adolescents - Ability to work with a multidisciplinary health team - Strong communication skills Job Description: - Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members - Interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues while maintaining high standards of professional nursing - Provide high-quality care to patients in the Medical Care Unit and Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit - Maintain patient ratios of 5:1 during the day shift and 6:1 during the night shift - Work approximately 36 hours per week with the possibility of overtime - Hold a valid RN license and BLS certification
