Length: 13 weeks Must work 2/3 holidays
Requirements: - IA License
- 2 Years' Experience
- Epic Experience
- BLS.
Other Details: - Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Stroke, TBI, limb loss, neuro disorders
- Float Requirement: as needed in skillset
- Flu and COVID vaccine required, medical or religious exceptions are accepted
