Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/28/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel 2 yrs of clinical bedside experience required ACLS and BLS required Day to day: Manage admissions and transfers to the unit. Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry. Accurately transcribe and process medical orders. Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events. Promote continuous quality improvement. Provide instruction and counseling to patients and their families.
