Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) Job Specialty: Vein Harvesting and CVOR Experience Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:45 - 15:15) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 3 years required, especially in CVOR; does not accept first-time travelers License: Compact or specific state license required Certifications: - First Assist Certification - AHA certifications - CPI (or ability to obtain before start) - AWHONN Intermediate for L&D RN Must-Have: - Vein harvesting experience - Scrub experience - Not accepting local travelers (>65 miles requirement) - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only) Job Description: - Monday through Friday schedule - On-call requirement - Orientation provided for 8 hours - Facility requires separation of 1 year before returning as a traveler if worked previously as permanent staff or in-house agency contractor - RTO must be discussed during the interview to avoid the risk of offers being rescinded - References required from Managers/Supervisors before contract clearance (Charge RN references not acceptable)
