Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele - 9 SurgicalShift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOH
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements: - OH/Compact license
- Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Must have at least 1.5 years perm Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- AHA ACLS
- AHA BLS
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
Other Details: Med/Surg Tele RN.Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shiftsMinimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.PBDS Assessment - waived.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):UnknownUnit:9 Surgical, 2250-2250-31322 Epic Travel Staffing:
