Job Description & RequirementsSalary: $2,900.12/week Medical specialty: Medical Surgical / Telemetry Standard shift: Nights Weekly schedule: 3x12 Number of Beds on Unit: 24 (Adult + Geriatric) Patient Population: Urology Cases, General Surgery and Trauma. Patient Ratio: 1:6 EMR Experience: EPIC Description: Responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing assessments for patients in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit. They collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, manage patient conditions, and educate patients and families on treatment plans. Additionally, they assist with managing acute and chronic conditions, respond to changes in patient status, and ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients. EPIC Charting. Experience Required: 01 year experience. Education: Required Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Minimum Degree Required: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO) Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.
