Job Details- Local approved at travel Rate
- Aya offer unit must pass clinical for Aya offer
- Please indicate the WA license status: Active, in Process or no license on your profile
- If in process status, Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date
- Can submit with pending WA license
- If your traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as a perm staff – they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel contract
- Swedish honors compact licenses

- Full range medical and surgical including liver transplant, vascular
- No trauma, GSW, burns
