Certification Details- Certs REQ: BLS and state license required.
- Neuro and lymphedema certs preferred.
Job Details- Position / Specialty: OT Outpatient
- Shift: 5x8 Days (0800-1500)
- Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
- First-timers accepted: Yes.
- Weekend REQ: rotating every 6 weeks
- Is on-call REQ? No.
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float if needed.
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F blocked with weekend req.
- Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
- Must have active IL license in hand or application in process with ETA to apply.
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
- Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Outpatient, Adult Rehabilitation Facility.
- Required Adult Case Skills/Experience: CVA Rehabilitation, Traumatic brain injury, Lower Extremity, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Spinal cord injury, Upper Extremity.
- Required Modalities/Manual Skills/Therapies Skills/Experience: Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound.
- Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement.
Job Requirements- Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls.
- Required Evaluation Tools: Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Other Perceptual Assessment.
- Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments.
Schedule Information- Schedule is M-F blocked with weekend req.
