- Pediatrics would be outpatient
- Assisted Living 10% (variable)
- Swing Bed 10% (variable)
- Acute 40%
- Outpatient 40%
Job Requirements- Generalist with evaluation and treatment skills to cover a broad range of patients
- Must be able to cover all required areas
Schedule Information- Shifts & Scheduling: 4 – 10 hours, 5 – 8 hours
- Patients scheduled by secretary upon clinical need by therapist
- No current weekend requirements
- No current holiday requirements

- Rehab Aides: COTA's: 2 COTA's

- Number of patients treated per day Highly variable based on census and scheduled hours/day
- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: General medical, CVA, hip fracture, post-op THR/TKR, adhesive capsulitis, tendon injuries, UE fractures, carpal/cubital tunnel, developmental delay, autism, sensory issues, syndromes
- Areas required to cover: all
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Black scrubs or black collared shirt and khaki pants
