LocumJobsOnline is working with Cynet Locums to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery PA in Georgia!About The Position**Job Title:** Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Surgery**Job Specialty:** Advanced Practice Orthopedic Surgery**Job Duration:** Temporary Coverage Needed: December 2024 - March 2025**Shift:** Day Shift - 5x8 hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 Hours per Week**Experience:** Clinical experience in Orthopedics, preferably in a clinic setting**License:** Physician Assistant**Certifications:** Minimum Board Certification Required**Must-Have:**- Orthopedic experience in the clinic (ambulatory setting)- Knowledge of joint, sports, and hand pathologies- Ability to work in outpatient settings focusing on consultations and follow-ups**Job Description:**- Provide support for orthopedic coverage, assisting with outpatient consultations and follow-ups- No surgical procedures required- Manage an estimated 15-20 patient encounters per shift- Flexibility to work across multiple locations- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the orthopedic team- Ensure timely and patient-centered care- Support the transition during the period of staffing changes due to resignations1594443EXPTEMPJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
