Pay Information$70 to $90 per hour
About The PositionPhysician Assistant needed in South Dakota for Urgent Care coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and SD state license. Shifts will be three 12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend. Will see a high volume of patients split between 2-3 providers and patient population is mainly adults with some peds and geriatrics. 2 years experience required. Must be comfortable with family practice, UC/ED experience needed, splinting, suturing, I&D abscess, simple skin biopsy or excision, foreign body removal, interpretation of ECG, X-Ray, and lab testing. ACLS and BLS. Support staff includes 2-3 providers per shift, 2-3 nurses, 1 lab assistant, 1 Rad Tech and 1-2 Patient Access Specialists.
