Education/Skills Completion of an accredited perfusionist program required. B. Experience 3 years of experience preferred. C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications BLS required. Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion preferred. Perfusionist state licensure preferred.
