Certification Details- Certifications Required: BLS, ND PT License
Job Details- 13-week contract length
- Specialty in Physical Therapy
- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Master's degree (MA or MS) or Doctorate (DPT); will consider Therapy Assistant with appropriate education
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Stroke and ortho mostly
- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient areas included
- PT Manager/Supervisor is not present on each shift
- EMR system: Meditech with transition to Epic in 26/27
- Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
- Days+Call - M-F 7-4 + limited/rare call

Schedule Information- Shifts & Scheduling Details: M-F 7-4
- Self-scheduling or block scheduling allowed
- Weekend Requirements: Limited to no call
- Holiday Requirements: No holidays
Unit Specific Information- What areas are they required to cover?: All clinical areas in the hospital and any outpatients
