Hourly rate may change based on shift length.~$1301.00 in non-taxable stipend*Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustmentsPhysical Therapist needed for home health setting in Rochester, NY!13 weeksMonday - Friday 8-4:30pm; weekends as neededQUALIFICATIONS:· A B.S., M.S. or D.P.T. degree in Physical Therapy · Possession of a current New York State License in Physical Therapy.· Ability to physically lift and assist patients in hands on care.· Minimum of one year experience in Long Term Care/Home Care setting as Physical Therapy· Recent Home Care experience (within the last year)· Good verbal and written communication skills. · Good interpersonal skills.· Ability to perform physical therapy procedures effectively and safely.· Ability to work with people from different socio-cultural backgrounds in an effective manner.· Ability to accept and utilize supervision. Provides case management and direct patient care within a team environment. Administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities in the home setting.
