Requirements:

• PT license
• 1 year experience
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
• BLS
• Minimum 1 year of speech pathology experience with the pediatric population preferred
• Minimum 1 year in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience with CVA, TBI, modalities and splinting preferred
