  • 45 minute one-on-one treatments, 1 hour evaluations and paid documentation time.

    Job Requirements
  • Physical Therapist with competency with outpatient orthopedics.
  • Some subacute inpatient coverage as needed.
  • Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to promote physical and functional abilities.
  • Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function, wellness and fitness, quality of life related to movement and health, and prevent impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
  • Complete discharge planning and provide gait training and recommendations for assistive devices as necessary.
  • Document patient care services in EMR with defensible documentation, complying with industry standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by ongoing education and participation in professional societies.
    Schedule Information
  • Days, 40 hours guaranteed per week.
    Unit Specific Information
  • The outpatient physical therapy unit offers a variety of therapies and services tailored for each individual patient.
  • Staff members are expected to develop and carry out individualized treatment plans.
