- State License 1 Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
Job Details- Position: PT
- Number of Needs: 1
- Start Date: 10/7/24
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Times/Schedule: 8-430 5 days a week with possible weekend days.
- Licensure: NM
- Patient Ratio: 1 on 1 and typically 8-10 patients per day.
- Charting System Experience: CERNER – previous experience not mandatory
- Weekend/On Call Requirements: both weekend days may be needed on occasion with adjustments to still have 2 days off together
- First Time Traveler (Y/N):Y
- Scrub Color: any solid color other than purple
Job Requirements- Physical Therapist license in state of NM
Schedule Information- 8-430 5 days a week with possible weekend days.
- Weekend/On Call Requirements: both weekend days may be needed on occasion with adjustments to still have 2 days off together
