This is a great opportunity for a Travel Physical Therapist in a home health setting in Riverhead, NY. The contract is for 13 weeks, with an ASAP start date. The therapist will work with an adult and geriatric population, seeing approximately 6 patients per day. Preference is given to candidates with home health experience.
