The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing top-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The candidate should be able to create and implement effective patient treatment plans, document medical histories and treatment progress, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. This is a Monday through Friday position with a guaranteed 35 hours per week. The start date is ASAP.
