**Job Title:** Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant**Job Specialty:** Physical Therapy Assistant**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Monday-Friday, Days**Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week**Experience:** New graduates accepted; SNF Experience highly preferred**License:** State License required**Certifications:** N/A**Must-Have:** - Prescreen completed and attached- Resume attached- License verification attached**Job Description:**- Provide support to physical therapists in creating and carrying out treatment plans for patients.- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic protocols.- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and therapy equipment.- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.- Complete 8 hours of Dementia Training.- Conduct thorough credentialing, including background checks and various searches, such as Nationwide Sex Offender Search and HHS/OIG Search.- Perform 1 Step PPD or provide Quantiferon proof or Positive PPD and Chest X-ray.- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.- Exhibit strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
