BLS required. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). Epic experience required. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific requirement, please contact other holiday; every other weekendBill-rate-note:6% admin fee, see updated agreement for new increased additional rates. Local Travelers will be considered at a $10 reduced rate. 50 miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate.
