Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $63.00 per hour
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Shift Information:
- Shift: Days, 5 shifts per week, 8 AM – 4:30PM
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (2+ years preferred)
- Valid New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist License
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Imaging: Operate X-ray equipment to capture high-quality images that support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure radiology equipment is functioning properly, clean, and safe for both patients and staff.
- Patient Interaction: Position patients correctly, explain procedures clearly, and ensure their comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Image Review: Analyze images for technical accuracy and clarity, and work closely with radiologists to ensure optimal diagnostic results.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discuss imaging results.
