Job Summary:

White Glove is currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare Travel Nurse team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for delivering rapid, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, addressing a wide range of medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate care to patients experiencing medical emergencies, including trauma, cardiac events, and other acute conditions.

Assess patients conditions quickly and accurately, prioritizing care based on severity.

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to determine the best course of care.

Operate and monitor medical equipment such as EKG machines and ventilators.

Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately and promptly.

Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in [Michigan State] (or Compact licensure).

1 -2 years of experience in emergency nursing (preferred).

BLS/ACLS and PALS certifications (required).

TNCC or ENPC certification (preferred).

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
