*Traveler Pay: $62-$70/hr || Contract: 13 Weeks**Job Description:*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Telemetry and Neuro to join our healthcare team. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where you will provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling telemetry and neurological patients, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.*Schedule:** Days/Nights: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM || 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM* 36/48 hours per week, with three/four 12 hour shifts* Every other weekend and holiday commitment* Travelers ONLY, FREE PARKING for easy access to hospital*Key Responsibilities:** Provide direct patient care to telemetry and neuro patients, monitoring vitals and responding to patient needs* Interpret telemetry data, monitor and respond to arrhythmias, and implement care plans based on results* Work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed* Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions* Document patient care, assessments, and progress in the MediTech electronic health record system* Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety at all times* Demonstrate clinical expertise and maintain a high standard of care for patients with neurological conditions* Adhere to all nursing policies, procedures, and regulations* Must float to like units, If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands.
