Certification Details- Must have a current WA License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
Job Details- 13-week assignment.
- 12-hour shift / 24 hours per week.
- Shift time is 1730-0600.
- Must be a team player and any RTO needs to be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract.
- We are located close to the PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forrest.
- Registered Respiratory Therapists are responsible for providing, coordinating, and directing individualized comprehensive respiratory care to all patients based upon assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Job Requirements- Current Washington State license, as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Will maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certification
- Will practice within the scope of practice of a RCP.
- Prefer one year of current acute care experience; but may be a new graduate
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds from floor to waist
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds from wheelchair to bed level
- Ability to lift five (5) pounds over head
- Ability to pull fifty (50) pounds from stretcher to bed
- Ability to push one hundred fifty (150) pound loaded stretcher 300 feet
- Auditory ability to perform procedures and to take accurate blood pressures
- Vision adequate to observe patients and to perform charting procedures
- Ability to meet specific criteria for the Cardiopulmonary department
Schedule Information- 12-hour shift / 24 hours per week.
- Shift time is 1730-0600.
