TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Rochester, New York, 14642 About The Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Nurse (IR RN) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift: 9pm - 7:30am Experience: 2 years in Interventional Radiology Nursing License: New York RN License Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: Telemetry Experience Description: This is a fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department in a level 1 trauma center. We cater to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients and post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care. Experience with GI post-procedural care is preferred but not required. Exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in the high energy environment of Diagnostic Imaging. We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasound procedures.
