AlliedTravelCareers is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified RRT in Kendallville, Indiana, 46755!About The Position**Job Title:** Respiratory Lead**Job Specialty:** Respiratory Care**Job Duration:** Direct Hire**Shift:** Day - 3x12 - 7am - 7pm**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week**Experience:** 4 years of adult critical care experience and 2 years of neonatal care**License:** Registered Respiratory Therapist**Certifications:** ACLS and NRP required; PALS preferred**Must-Have:**- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program with an Associate's Degree- Registered by the NBRC- Licensed by the State of Indiana as a Registered Respiratory Therapist- Current in Basic Life/CPR certification**Job Description:**- Facilitate the delivery of optimal patient care through delegation, facilitation, collaboration, critical thinking, and prioritization.- Effectively manage resources and support Respiratory Therapy staff in the performance of their duties.- Assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Respiratory department, ensuring the needs of the customers are met.- Assure quality results by overseeing data collection, charges, and timely performance of procedures.- Develop daily work schedules, assigning coworkers without prejudice to meet the needs of the customer and the facility.- Provide input into performance evaluations, develop training schedules, and create training designed to improve coworkers' skills and enhance their performance.- Work in conjunction with the manager to ensure continuous readiness for inspections.**Additional Information:**Position may be eligible for a sign-on and relocation bonus.9644310EXPPLATJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
