About The PositionJob Title: Respiratory TherapistJob Description:We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide critical respiratory care to patients with various pulmonary conditions, helping to improve their quality of life through effective management and treatment.Key Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory status and needs.Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including inhalation therapy, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and the proper use of respiratory equipment.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of respiratory therapy equipment.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).State licensure as required.Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9559349EXPTEMP
